Walnut Apple Bliss Balls

A perfect weekend healthy treat on the run with the family! So easy to make with a super blender! (TIP: CHILL your ingredients first.) Create your own combination of the ingredients below.

  • Dates
  • Walnuts
  • Dried Apples
  • Cinnamon
  • Hemp Protein (or protein powder of choice)
  1. In your Omniblend (use the 2L or 1.5L B-jar), combine all ingredients.

  2. Use the PULSE function until finely chopped. Roll into balls and refrigerate. Opt: roll in cocoa powder or desiccated coconut.
